Paul Romer-Ormiston

Paul has spent nearly 20 years working with software development teams to gel them with product teams and business goals, and subsequently deliver B2B solutions and B2C products using efficient, benefit-focused and user-driven methodologies and frameworks. Having delivered across many industries including Publishing, Media, Retail and Professional Services one thing is certain – his formula for building great products that customers love is applicable anywhere.  Paul set up a management consultancy called Lean Mammoth in 2013, and globally recognised companies booked 12-week immersion courses for their product and engineering teams to learn from the Lean Mammoth experts how to reduce waste and risk in product development.  Organisations including News Corporation, Macmillan, Financial Times and Christie’s have software provisions in their portfolio that were built using those very techniques. Paul frequently shares his experience with budding entrepreneurs that have been accepted onto Google’s Launchpad accelerator programme, following an invitation back in 2014 to mentor companies earmarked by Google to be ‘the next big thing’. At Tillr, Paul takes responsibility for ensuring the platform continually evolves, by identifying areas where the compliance market is crying out for improvement, of which sadly there are many.
